My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were stunning and very comfortable, with an impressive gas fireplace controlled electronically from an iPad. The service was top-notch, with extremely friendly and welcoming staff. The location was excellent, very close to cable cars and the mountain railway. The dining experience was a bit of a mixed bag, with some areas excelling while others could use improvement.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were incredibly spacious and luxurious, thanks to the hotel and Leading Hotels program confirming our pre-arrival upgrade. The suite was exceptionally comfortable with a fireplace, leather furniture, and high-tech gadgets controlled by an iPad. The fully stocked mini and wine bar were a delightful addition. Moreover, having a huge pile, refrigerator with freezer in the room was so convenient, and the indoor and outdoor pools provided the perfect relaxation spot.
